1. Digital Delivery — How It Works
Workflow Vault AI is a digital product store. We do not ship any physical goods. All products — including AI Workflows, Claude Skills, Prompt Libraries, Agency SOPs, and Business Templates — are delivered as digital files via secure download links sent to your email address.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery is instant. After your payment is successfully processed, an automated system immediately sends your download email. In most cases, you will receive access within minutes of completing checkout.
- Typical delivery time: Instant to 15 minutes
- Maximum wait time: Up to 1 hour in rare processing delays
- Support response: If you haven't received your email within 1 hour, contact us and we will resolve it within 1 business day
3. Step-by-Step Delivery Process
Complete Your Purchase
Enter your email and payment details on the checkout page. Ensure you provide an active email address you have access to.
Payment Confirmed
Your payment is processed by our secure payment processor. Once confirmed, our system immediately triggers your delivery email.
Email with Download Links
You receive an email at your checkout address containing your secure download links. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.
Download and Save
Click the download links in your email. Save the files to your preferred storage (Google Drive, Notion, local device) for permanent access.
Future Updates
When new content is added to the vault, you will be notified by email with updated download links at no additional cost.
4. Access Requirements
To access your purchased products, you will need:
- A valid email address (provided at checkout)
- A device with internet access and a browser
- Sufficient storage for downloaded files
- For Claude Skills and Claude Projects: an active Anthropic Claude account (Claude.ai or API access)
We recommend saving all files to cloud storage immediately after download to ensure permanent access.
5. Delivery Troubleshooting
Email Not Received
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Check your promotions or updates folder (Gmail users)
- Ensure you used the correct email address at checkout
- Wait up to 1 hour for processing

Download Link Issues
If your download links are expired or not working:
- Contact us at hello@workflowvaultai.com with your order confirmation
- We will reissue fresh download links at no charge
6. Geographic Availability
Our digital products are available for purchase and download worldwide, with primary focus on customers in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. There are no geographic restrictions on downloading your files. Payments must be made in USD.
7. No Physical Shipping
Workflow Vault AI does not ship any physical goods. All products are digital only. No physical delivery will be made at any time. If you require a physical product, this is not the right product for you.
8. Tax and Duties
Digital products may be subject to taxes (such as GST in New Zealand or provincial taxes in Canada) depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout and collected by our payment processor. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes in their jurisdiction not collected at checkout.
