1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Workflow Vault AI website (workflowvaultai.com) and all digital products purchased through it ("Products"). By accessing the site or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our Products.
2. About Workflow Vault AI
Workflow Vault AI is a digital product store offering AI Workflows, Claude Skills, Claude Agents, Claude Projects, Prompt Libraries, Business Automation Systems, Agency SOPs, and Business Templates for instant digital download.

3. Digital Products and Delivery
3.1 Nature of Products
All products sold by Workflow Vault AI are digital in nature. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to download links delivered to your provided email address. No physical goods are shipped.
3.2 License Grant
Upon purchasing a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Product for your own business and commercial client work ("Commercial Use License"), subject to the restrictions below.
3.3 Permitted Uses
- Using workflows, prompts, and templates in your own business operations
- Implementing systems for your clients as part of paid service delivery
- Customizing and adapting materials for your specific use cases
- Using the materials as part of your commercial services
3.4 Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the original files to third parties
- Sharing access or download links with individuals who have not purchased
- Creating derivative products for sale that are substantially similar to the vault content
- Reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent access controls
- Using the materials in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your purchase are final and will not be retroactively applied.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital nature of our products and the fact that access is granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (United States, Canada, New Zealand).

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, workflows, prompts, systems, templates, and assets within the Workflow Vault AI library are the intellectual property of Workflow Vault AI or its licensors. Your purchase grants a commercial use license as described in Section 3 but does not transfer ownership.
The Workflow Vault AI name, logo, and website design are protected intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will achieve any specific business outcome or result.
AI tools and platforms referenced in the products (including Claude, ChatGPT, and others) are third-party services subject to their own terms and may change functionality over time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workflow Vault AI's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workflow Vault AI and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Third-Party Services
Our products may reference or be used with third-party services and platforms (including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Notion, Zapier, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For US customers, governing law shall be as required by your state of residence. For Canadian customers, provincial law applies. For New Zealand customers, New Zealand law applies. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Workflow Vault AI regarding your use of and purchase from our site.
