Workflow Vault AI sells digital products — including AI Workflows, Claude Skills, Prompt Libraries, Business Templates, and related assets. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally upon purchase, and because the content of the vault is immediately accessible in full, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product descriptions, what's included, and that you are purchasing a digital product with immediate access.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
We will consider a refund only in the following circumstances:
- Technical delivery failure: You completed payment but did not receive your download links within 24 hours and we were unable to resolve the issue after contact
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
- Consumer protection law requirement: Where applicable law in your jurisdiction (US, Canada, or New Zealand) requires a refund in your specific circumstance
3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:
- You changed your mind after purchase

- You found a similar product elsewhere at a different price

- The AI tools referenced in the workflows changed their functionality (these are third-party services outside our control)
- The product did not produce the business results you expected (results depend on implementation)
